Flooring contractor / Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Three Leaf Contracting
Three Leaf Contracting Inc. installs carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile and stairs across Calgary and surrounding communities. KaiZo built the technology the business runs on: a website where customers preview flooring in their own room, a materials shop with checkout, measure and quote booking, a client portal for projects and payments, and the tools staff use to run it all.

The business
Three Leaf Contracting Inc. is a flooring contractor based in Calgary, Alberta. The crew installs carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile and staircases across the city and in surrounding communities including Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, Rocky View County and Strathmore.
Flooring is a considered purchase. Customers want to see materials in their own space, understand pricing before they commit, book a measure, and then follow the job through to completion.
The challenge
That journey usually spans several disconnected tools: a brochure website, a separate quoting process, payments handled by hand, and project updates over phone calls and text messages.
Three Leaf needed one system where the public website, the materials shop, bookings, customer projects and staff administration all work from the same information.
What KaiZo created
KaiZo designed and built the full system: a customer-facing website, an online materials shop, a client portal, and the tools staff use to manage content, products and projects.
- Website with service, showcase and contact pages
- Flooring visualizer that previews real materials on a photo of the customer's own room
- Materials shop with per-square-foot pricing in Canadian dollars, cart and card checkout
- Free measure and quote booking
- Client portal for project progress, installer messaging, payments and saved visualizer previews
- Staff tools for content, products and projects
- Automatic receipts and notifications
How it helps
A visitor can move from browsing to a decision without leaving the site: preview a material on their own floor, check the price per square foot, add it to the cart, and book a measure when it looks right.
Once a project is underway, the client portal replaces scattered updates with one place to see progress, message the installer and manage payments. Staff manage everything from their own tools, and the brand, colours and voice remain Three Leaf's own.
Under the hood, in plain terms
The website and the staff tools share one secure foundation, so a booking made on the site is the same record the crew sees. Payments run through Stripe, orders are confirmed automatically, and every payment step is protected against duplicates if a customer refreshes or retries.
Customer-facing and staff-facing areas stay separate. The public site never carries staff tooling, and staff tools are only reachable by signed-in team members.
- One foundation for website, portal and staff tools
- Card checkout with automatic order confirmation
- Customer, staff and public access kept separate
- Email receipts and internal notifications
Where it can go
Because the portal, shop and staff tools share the same information, new capabilities such as scheduling, crew assignment and reporting can be added without rebuilding the customer experience. This is the pattern KaiZo Platform is designed around.
Explore the result
The best way to judge the work is to use it. The live site is open to the public and keeps its own brand; KaiZo built what is underneath.
