Enquiries sent through the contact form are stored in KaiZo's own records under an opaque reference number, so a request is never lost if a notification email fails to arrive. They are used only to respond to you and to keep track of the conversation.
Information from the System Builder
The System Builder lets you describe your business, the software you use and what you need it to do. Your selections stay in your browser while you work and are not sent to KaiZo automatically.
If you choose to save a system as a link, the configuration is encoded in that link and stored nowhere else. If you ask KaiZo to review a system, the configuration and the contact details you provide are sent to KaiZo, stored with an opaque reference, and used only to prepare our response.
Information from the KaiZo Assistant
Ask KaiZo is an assistant on this website that answers questions about KaiZo's services and work. The messages you type are sent to KaiZo's servers and then to a third-party AI service to generate a reply. Please do not enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into the assistant.
Conversations stay in your browser for the current visit so you can pick up where you left off. KaiZo does not use assistant messages for marketing, and analytics records only that the assistant was used, never what was said.

Records used to protect the assistant from misuse hold only a derived identifier, never your address, and expire within minutes.
