The company
Founded from a simple reaction.
KaiZo Digital Solutions Inc. was founded in Calgary, Alberta in 2025 by Ricardo Duhaney, after more than seven years of building software that businesses run on every day. The company started as a reaction to cluttered interfaces and disconnected systems: businesses paying for five tools that never talk to each other.
Today KaiZo builds and runs the technology for a growing network of businesses: a flooring contractor with a room visualizer, shop, client portal and staff tools on one foundation; a foundation with programs, donations and a parent portal; shops and studios in Alberta and the United Kingdom.
KaiZo is a small, founder-led company, and that is deliberate. The person who plans your system is the person who builds it and the person who answers when something needs attention. KaiZo Web, KaiZo Systems, KaiZo Platform and KaiZo Support describe where a piece of work lives; the same people deliver all of it.
